Reese Witherspoon’s Bookclub Choice

Since sharing all of the incredible buzz around the American publication of Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman, there’s been one more addition we just had to share.

Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon has picked Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine for her book club, calling it:Beautifully written and INCREDIBLY funny, Eleanor Oliphant by Gail Honeyman is about the importance of friendship and human connection. I fell in LOVE with Eleanor, an eccentric and regimented loner whose life beautifully unfolds after a chance encounter with a stranger; I think you will fall in love too!’

We wholeheartedly agree! Reese shared her love for Eleanor on all her social media and book club channels which spans over 10 million people to celebrate the US publication (Pamela Dorman Books / Viking) on 9th May. Her past choices have included her recently adapted Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty, the global phenomenon and blockbuster Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn and the international bestseller Me Before You by Jojo Moyes – there’s no denying she has great taste in literature.

It’s not long to wait now until Eleanor will be introduced to the UK on 18th May but the stunning hardback can be pre-ordered here.
