C.J. Tudor‘s The Chalk Man ranked at No. 14 this week, with 5537 paperback copies sold. It has done brilliantly so far, having maintained a spot in the top ten for three consecutive weeks. It has amassed a dedicated twitter following:

C. J. Tudor’s second book, The Taking of Annie Thorne, continues to travel around the globe, with Russian translation rights being sold to Family Leisure Club. The book has now been sold into 26 territories worldwide.
In other, very exciting news, Abbie Greaves‘ debut novel, The Silent Treatment, was won by Century (Penguin Random House) following a heated six-way auction, and has since been snapped up by numerous other territories including the US (William Morrow). Abbie was also featured in an article in The Bookseller this week.
On the digital front, it’s been a busy week for Bookouture. Tracy Bloom‘s romantic comedy, Dinner Party was published on 26th and Holly Martin‘s twelfth feel-good romance, Coming Home to Maple Cottage was published on 28th.
